Motivation, Related Work, and Vision

Motivation: We wanted to create a centralized platform for resume reviews. Job seekers can post their resume for feedback and experienced professionals, mainly recruiters, can give that feedback and save resumes for later reference.

Related Work: Inspired by Tinder's swiping interaction, resDeck has similar interactions with resumes:

Right to "like" a resume
Left to "critique" a resume
Down to "skip" a resume

Vision: To help qualified job candidates who are frustrated with rapidly evolving resume standards
